Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to welcome customers, offer styling recommendations and product advice in-store. You will help shoppers find outfits that suit their needs and create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will process sales transactions using POS systems, perform daily stock replenishment, tagging and organize inventory, and maintain clean, attractive displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred (Fresh graduates welcome to apply).
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with a strong fashion sense.
• Basic numerical skills for cash-handling and stock control.
