Job summary

Panda Eyes Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated fashion retail sales assistant to support daily store operations and deliver friendly service.

You will perform cleaning, arrange product displays, restock items, assist customers with information and recommendations, learn key selling points, and help with basic stock checks from management directions. Fresh graduates are welcome, and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers.
• Able to work on Fridays and weekends, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
• Pleasant, well groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping windows and surfaces.

• Restock display products when items are sold to maintain a full and tidy presentation.

• Follow instructions from the management.

2) Arrange and maintain product displays by ensuring all items are placed in the correct product sections and presented neatly.

3) Restock display products when items are sold to maintain a full and tidy presentation.

4) Assistant customers by providing product information, making recommendations, and delivering friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.

5) Learn and understand key selling points of all products in order to communicate benefits clearly to customers and drive sales.

6) Other task will be assigned by the management.

7) Support general store operations including basic stock checking, stock take and following instructions from the superior.
