Job summary

Brandt International is seeking a retail sales team member in Malaysia. The role focuses on proactively presenting and selling telecom products, handling payments, and addressing service inquiries from walk-in customers.

You will manage POS transactions, bill payments and emails, and be responsible for cash and stock handling (phones, SIM cards, accessories). Fresh graduates with passion for sales are welcome to apply, with 5-day workweeks and rotational days off.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree.
• Must have basic communication skills.
• Relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proactively present and sell products and services to walk-in clients, handle payments, attend to service inquiries and complaints.
• Handle bill payments, POS system, and emails.
• Responsible for monetary transactions and company stocks (phones, SIM cards, accessories, cash, etc.).
• To assume any other assignments from the Management.
