Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/SKM certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in social media livestreaming and ability to produce short videos.
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate about sales and services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of product to customers.
• Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer reference.
• Demonstrate use or operation of product.
• Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
• Provide information about warranties, specifications, care and delivery options.
• Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
