Job summary

Verona Bake (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a retail sales associate to greet customers, recommend products, and complete purchases in a fast-paced store in Tebrau. You will handle payments, maintain presentation, and ensure food safety while delivering friendly service.

The role requires SPM or equivalent, prior related experience, and the ability to communicate in Malay and English or Mandarin. Flexibility for OT, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
