VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate in Malaysia. You will recommend products, handle sales, and respond to inquiries with a friendly service mindset to ensure smooth checkout and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends, with emphasis on accurate payments, product knowledge, and compliance with store policies to maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Ensure timely product shelving and neat presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and work areas, ensuring food safety.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Work Requirements

Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
