Job summary

VERONA BAKE (M) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-oriented sales associate to recommend products, complete the sales process, and provide friendly service.

You will handle payments, keep shelves tidy, uphold food safety, and support store operations with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in Malay and English, or Mandarin, is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Retail or food service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products to customers and complete the sales process.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate change.
• Keep up to date with product information and ensure neat presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store and follow food safety practices.
• Follow all company policies and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Work Requirements

Ability to interact with people at all levels.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including OT, weekends, and holidays.
