Job summary

LUMI HEALTH SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to create positive shopping experiences for all customers.

You will assist with store promotions, respond to inquiries, and help maintain brand standards across merchandising and operations. The role requires effective selling skills, good communication, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Prior skincare or beauty experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role in skincare industry (advantageous).
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Create good shopping experiences for all customers.

Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.

Build and maintain good rapport with customers, to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsible for daily retail tasks and operations, including store promotions, activities and activation.

Attend to customer inquiries and complaints.

Maintain store standards to align with brand image, merchandising, and operations.

Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc.

Strictly comply to the company’s policies and procedures.
