Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a proactive retail associate in Johor Bahru to greet customers, promote products, and assist with stock and displays. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and may act as a replacement cashier as needed.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment including weekends and holidays. Training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing; dispose of trash and keep aisles storerooms neat.
