Job summary

ZEVE International Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations. You will help customers find products, drive sales, and process transactions at the POS with accuracy.

Ideal candidates are team players with good communication skills, a customer‑oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Greet customers and provide friendly and helpful product recommendations

Promote products, campaigns, promotions, and new arrivals

Assist customers with product enquiries and provide a positive shopping experience

Operate POS systems and process cash/card transactions accurately

Handle cash and provide customers with accurate receipts and change

Escalate complex checkout issues or customer complaints to the Supervisor or Store Manager

Assist with daily store opening and closing routines

Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation

Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure products are properly displayed

About you

Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to retail shift schedules
