Job summary

BLACKBOX Gaming & Gadget Store in Seremban is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to welcome customers, promote products, and hit sales targets while keeping the store clean and well-organized.

You will also manage e-commerce orders, operate the cashier, and help with inventory, merchandising, and social media content creation. Training and growth opportunities are provided as you progress to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers and provides excellent customer service.

• Maintains daily store cleanliness and organizes displays.
• Arranges and replenishes merchandise displays.
• Packs and prepares e-commerce orders.
• Operates the cashier and handles daily cash transactions.
• Performs stock counting and assists with inventory management.
• Prepares daily sales and operational reports.
• Involves in retail marketing by creating and posting social media content (training provided).
