Samemax Refrigeration (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd (Cawangan Temerloh) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Assistant to join our team. The role blends office administration with client interaction, supporting day-to-day operations and helping the sales team deliver excellent service.

You will maintain showroom and product displays, respond to calls and walk-ins, assist customers with product selection, coordinate with technical teams for service and delivery, and contribute to our social media

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable candidate with ability to manage administrative tasks.
• Experience in office administration and client interactions preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace including showroom.
• Respond professionally to incoming calls and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers in finding suitable products based on requirements and budget.
• Ensure product displays are neat and well-stocked.
• Coordinate with technical/delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Create and implement a daily content schedule for social media.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

A detail-oriented person who appreciates a combination of office administration and client interaction would be ideal for this position. By managing administrative duties and helping the sales team deliver top-notch customer service to our clients, and support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is physically fit, hands-on and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace, including warehouse and showroom.
• Respond professionally to incoming calls and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their specific requirements and budget.
• Ensure product displays, shelves, and showroom areas are neat, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with the technical team to schedule service and ensure customer satisfaction following equipment installation.
• Coordinate with the technical/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Create and implement a daily content schedule for Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp to increase brand awareness and consumer interaction.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
