Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with online orders.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions.
• Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, and issue receipts.
• Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
• Assist with stock receiving, checking, and shelving.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and product displays.
• Support inventory checks and flag low-stock items.
