Job summary

Gentel Communication Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant for its Maxis outlets. You will be the face of the store, helping customers choose devices and Maxis plans, while contributing to sales targets and daily outlet operations.

Openings are at Bandar Mahkota Cheras, The Mines Shopping Mall, IOI Puchong, Aeon Cheras Selatan, and Starling Mall Uptown PJ. Fresh graduates are encouraged; prior retail/telco experience is a bonus but not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the go-to expert for customers looking for the newest devices and Maxis plans.

Driving sales and hitting targets with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.

Handling daily outlet operations smoothly, from the POS (Point of Sale) system to keeping track of inventory.

Multitasking on the fly and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Developing and utilizing skills in Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to harness sales and followers
