Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang is seeking a retail sales associate to engage customers, inform them about phones, computers and accessories, and help them find the right products. The role requires friendly customer service and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining stock on the shelves.

Contract is 6 months with renewal based on performance. Working hours rotate across 9:30am-7:30pm, 11am-9pm, or 12pm-10pm, with 5 days on and 2 days off.

Qualifications

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and explain product features.
• Promote and sell phones, computers, and accessories in-store and online.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and strive to achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure shelves are always stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and returns.

• Working hours: Shift Rotation, 5 days work & 2 days off

• Salary: Basic fixed RM2300 + Commission +OT Allowance (If required)
