Job summary

YTL Communications SDN BHD is seeking a Yes Ambassador in Penang for a full-time, on-site role. You will promote and educate customers on converged 5G/4G services, address inquiries, and deliver excellent service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, customer service and sales experience, telecom knowledge, and the ability to work well in a team, with proficiency in MS Office and multilingual abilities considered a plus.
