Job summary

Phiten Malaysia seeks a Health Consultant/Sales Advisor to assist customers in Phiten Pavilion KL, 1 Utama, and Midvalley Boulevard. You will demonstrate products, educate customers about health benefits, and help manage daily store operations to support a high-energy retail team.

Ideal candidates have a customer service background, passion for health, and a willingness to meet sales targets; local or spouse visa holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Interest in Sports Science, Medical, Health OR Sales-related field.
• Experience in customer service is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Health Consultant/Sales Advisor to help customers with Phiten products.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on health knowledge.
• Perform cashier and administrative duties to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and handle inquiries.
• Meet sales targets in a retail environment.

** For any Candidate with relevant supervisory experience or proven personal sales credentials could be offered higher Basic Salary up to RM3500 for a start.

** For any candidates with min. 3 years of managerial & proven outstanding sales team management experience could be offered Basic Salary up to RM5500 for a start

Responsibility

The main scope of work will be serving as a Health Consultant/Sales Advisor to customers on how Phiten products could help resolve their pain issues, improve their conditions, and prevent injuries.

• Candidates need to conduct product demonstrations with customers and educate customers with appropriate health & product knowledge.
• Candidates need to perform administrative work, cashier duties to ensure proper operation of the Retail outlet
• Candidates are responsible to upkeep cleanliness, inventory management & handle customers’ inquiries.
• Candidates MUST be self-motivated working in retail sale environment where meeting sales targets are key to performance evaluation.
