Job summary

Rest N Go in Melaka is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to promote GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products. You will serve walk-in, online, and offline customers with a friendly, professional approach and demonstrate product benefits.

The role targets monthly sales with incentives, requiring strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work weekends. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
• Must have SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Prefer experience in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups, leads, and after-sales service.
• Manage daily showroom operations: display arrangement, stock checking, and clean showroom.
• Participate in roadshows, events and campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth sales operations and brand standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
2. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
3. Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
4. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
6. Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.
7. Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
8. Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
2. Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
3. Must have hands‑on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.
4. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
5. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
7. Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
