Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfortable and proficient in using common IT applications and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tenants on operational matters, requests, complaints and requirements.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, handover and vacating processes.
• Monitor tenant compliance with building rules, operating procedures and agreed requirements.
• Coordinate retail events, promotions, activities and temporary uses of common areas.
• Support the daily management and operation of commercial, retail, office and other property assets.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants on day-to-day operational matters.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, service providers and other external parties.
• Coordinate use of meeting rooms, event spaces, auditoriums, piazza and other common facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, contractors, service providers and property-related matters.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using common IT applications and digital platforms.
