Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a proactive Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee dispensing, consultations, inventory, and staff training while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree with board registration, fluency in English and Malay, and willingness to relocate and work shifts. Training will be provided for new retail experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and drive sales performance.

• Promote range of products to meet customer needs; lead staff to achieve sales KPI.
• Perform poison and inventory control; maintain poison records and address related issues.
• Provide internal and external training for professional development.
• Stay updated on market trends, pharmacology findings and product knowledge.
• Participate in company promotional activities as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling services
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers
• Manage and oversee outlet operation, aligning to company branding & business strategy
• Promote intensive range and category of products in fulfilling customer needs
• Lead the outlet staffs as a team to achieve sales KPI
• Perform poison & inventory control
• Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
• Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development
• Stay up to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding
• Participate in company promotional activities as required

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
• Well versed in English and Malay; additional language is an added advantage
• Candidates with no retail experience are welcomed to apply as training will be provided
• Able to perform shift duties and willing to relocate
