Job summary

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our growing community pharmacy network across Malaysia. You will provide dispensing and patient counselling, ensuring accurate stock control and compliance with regulations.

The role offers full‑time employment with training provided for those new to retail pharmacy and welcomes Provisionally Registered Pharmacists to apply, with opportunities to develop leadership and team supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology is required.
• Registered with the Malaysia Pharmacy Board or eligible to register.
• Good understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Training provided for those without retail pharmacy experience or PRP.
• Provisionally Registered Pharmacists (PRP) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medication dispensing, consultation and counselling.
• Manage and maintain poison and stock inventory records.
• Ensure smooth and effective daily retail pharmacy operations.
• Train, supervise and monitor team performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations and company procedures.
