Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting employee data, time management data entry, scheduling support, answering People-related questions, and promoting global Apple programs through localized initiatives, while contributing to an inclusive environment and upholding Apple’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Proficient in the local language (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize people processes and training initiatives.
• Coordinate external hiring events and internal selection processes.
• Maintain store employee documentation, file maintenance and data sharing with leaders.
• Enter and ensure accuracy of time management data; support time-away programs.
• Assist with scheduling inquiries and education, and promote Apple programs to staff.
