Job summary

You will supervise floor staff and cashiers, coordinate hiring and training, and drive sales through effective leadership. Responsibilities include merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory control, vendor liaison, and data-driven forward planning.

Ensure health and safety compliance and smooth administration. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a performance-based commission

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail staff and managing schedules and training.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints.
• Proficient in inventory management and data-driven stock planning.
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff including floor employees and cashiers.
• Oversee hiring, disciplining, and training of employees.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and manage displays; attend trade shows.
• Maintain inventory and approve vendor contracts; analyze sales data.
• Ensure health and safety measures and regulatory compliance.
• Organize staff schedules and run staff meetings.
