Job summary

Apex Digital Sdn Bhd, the official licensee of MKB.MY, is seeking an Operations Analyst to oversee day-to-day operations across MKB retail branches. You will ensure SOP compliance, conduct regular store checks, and drive standardisation of procedures to improve store readiness.

You will also track key retail metrics, prepare dashboards for management, identify trends and inefficiencies, and compare branch performance to guide informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations of MKB retail branches.
• Ensure branches follow company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store checks and identify operational gaps or areas for improvement.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product display, stock arrangement, staff appearance, and overall store readiness.
• Follow up with Branch Managers and Supervisors on operational issues and corrective actions.
• Assist in standardising retail procedures across all branches.
• Support the opening and operational setup of new retail outlets.
• Track and analyse key retail performance indicators such as sales, conversion, average transaction value, staffing, attendance, and productivity.
• Prepare regular retail performance reports and dashboards for management review.
• Identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and areas affecting store performance.
• Compare performance between branches and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Use operational data to support management in making business decisions.
