Job summary

SHINS in Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead daily store operations across our beauty outlets in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a team of sales supervisors, recruit, train, and develop future leaders, and monitor daily sales to meet monthly and yearly goals. Travel and own transport are required where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and customer happiness.
