Job summary

Fossil Group, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a superior customer experience while achieving KPI targets.

You will develop employees, communicate effectively with management, ensure floor sets and product placement, and maintain security, inventory accuracy, and operational controls. The role requires willingness to work weekends and holidays and a strong background in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail, preferably watches/jewelry/leather.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese an added advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• People: Development & Team Building—Recruit, hire, promote and retain top talent; set goals based on KPI’s; build knowledge via education and delegation.
• People: Leadership & Communication—Communicate successes and opportunities to management; participate in meetings; inspire and motivate others.
• Product—Floor sets/POG: Ensure directives are executed timely; know best sellers and optimal placement; impart product knowledge.
• Place: Operations—Create effective schedules; maintain neat store environment; manage loss prevention and store controls.
