Job summary

SHINS is seeking a Retail Operations Executive in Malaysia to lead daily store activities and drive sales across our beauty stores. You will supervise sales teams, recruit and train future leaders, and monitor performance to meet annual goals.

You will analyze data, coordinate inventory, and collaborate with partners to optimize promotions and customer satisfaction. A performance-driven salary with bonuses awaits the right candidate in a dynamic omnicannel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar is required.
• At least 2 years of retail management experience.

• Share feedback on sales, promotions, customer opinions, and market trends
• Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar, with at least 2 years of retail management experience
• Good at analyzing data, paying attention to details, and understanding business needs
• Organized, confident, and driven to meet goals in a busy environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to earn trust and respect from your team and partners
• Own transport and willing to travel when needed
