Job summary

SHINS is seeking an Retail Operations Executive in Malaysia to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and mentor a growing team. You will recruit and train leaders, monitor daily and long-term targets, and analyze market trends to improve the business.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with 2+ years of retail management experience, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. Owning transport and travel willingness are essential for store coverage.
