Job summary

Senheng is seeking a Marketing/Business graduate based in Kuantan to support regional outlets and assist in driving sales and marketing activities. Daily travel and six-day workweeks are required, with close collaboration with the Area Manager to execute marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Manager on managing regional outlets.
• Monitor and support in all aspects that contribute to sales performance.
• Ensure proper stock level is maintained and handle delivery issues.
• Build rapport with the retail merchandisers.
• Ensure retail operations run smoothly.
• Capable of coordinating marketing activities as part of a team.
• Recruitment for new staff for a new shop opening.
• Serve as communication liaison between retail operations and HQ.
• Execute and develop marketing plans and strategies.
