Trendy Brand Hub Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our retail operations team. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage sales data, and assist with staff rostering and recruitment activities across outlets.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong English and Chinese communication. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. You will work closely with head office and stores to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail operations, administration, or operations support.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry, formulas, and report preparation.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good English and Chinese communication; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and consolidate sales data from retail outlets, prepare reports, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Assist with staff rostering, attendance tracking, leave records, and manpower coordination.
• Post job advertisements, screen applications, arrange interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Communicate company announcements, coordinate with outlet teams to resolve operational matters.
• Maintain organised filing systems, update tracking sheets, and ensure documents are up to date.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the Operations Manager.
