Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced promoter management coordinator to monitor promoter plans, daily activities and sell-out initiatives. You will ensure SOP adherence, track promoter participation in promotions and drive sales performance through action plans.

The role supports the Promoter Management Team in planning sell-out activities, implementing roles and incentive schemes, and coordinating with external agencies. Regular field visits are part of the job to sustain retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail, sales, promoter management or field operations.
• Experience with promoters, sales teams or external agencies is an advantage.
• Understanding of retail operations, sell-out activities and sales promotions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with promoters, agencies and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

Job Requirements

Experience managing or working with promoters, sales teams, or external agencies is an advantage.

Good understanding of retail operations, sell-out activities, and sales promotions.

Good communication and coordination skills, especially when dealing with promoters, agencies, and internal teams.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suites and retail management systems.

Willing to work closely with retail outlets and conduct regular field visits when required.
