Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Merchandiser to enhance product presentation in retail environments. The role focuses on optimizing store layouts and implementing planograms to attract customers and boost sales.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, ensuring tester cleanliness, updating shelf price tickets, and coordinating with store management to keep stock levels and POSMs ready for promotions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the store’s layout to find the best spots to place products that will make them look more appealing to customers
• Merchandise & maintaining product display based on designated planogram
• Display stocks according to the designated planogram
• Ensure all tester are clean at all times and replace it if necessary. Make sure “Try Me” sticker on each tester display
• Low Stock if the SKU is less than 6 pcs then immediately inform respective Key Account Manager
• Assists in managing and tracking POSMs are up and available in store

Job description

Merchandisers work in a retail setting, cultivating new and engaging ways to display and sell more products.

Analyse the store’s layout to find the best spots to place products that will make them look more appealing to customers

Merchandise & maintaining product display based on designated planogram

Clean products & wipe at home shelf’s bay and other secondary display (GE, SIS counter, Standee, Wall & others)

Ensure all tester are clean at all times and replace it if necessary. Make sure “Try Me” sticker on each tester display

Display stocks according to the designated planogram

Any Gondola damage such as (Lighting, Acyclic, Poster report Directly to Regional RE) If an item breaks, expires or loses popularity with Store do return by invoice

Make shelf improvements, updated shelf price ticket, refresh POSM materials

Check inventory level on home shelf and secondary display/other touch points then propose orders and agree with Store Manager/Person in charge

Low Stock if the SKU is less than 6 pcs then immediately inform respective Key Account Manager

Assists in managing and tracking POSMs are up and available in store
