BRIGHT ALLIANCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a marketing professional to manage social media, e‑commerce and campaigns across platforms in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan content calendars, create engaging product content, write captions and coordinate shoots to drive brand visibility.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely campaign materials and cross‑channel consistency. Join a fast-growing luggage brand expanding its digital footprint.

Responsabilités

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and other digital channels.
• Plan monthly social media and digital content calendars.
• Create engaging content including product highlights, promotional posts, short-form videos, reels and lifestyle content.
• Write marketing captions and communication materials in line with brand direction.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots and content creation when required.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments and customer enquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments for follow‑ups.
• Support digital advertising, online campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the company's e‑commerce and online marketing activities.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, campaign mechanics and marketing content for online channels.
• Work with teams to ensure updated product information and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, artwork, POSM, digital materials and promotional communication.
• Work with internal departments, designers, agencies, suppliers and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables and execution requirements.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of company events, mall activities, product launches and roadshows.
• Coordinate with shopping malls, event organisers, suppliers and external partners.
• Support event setup, promotional materials, product displays and marketing activities.
• Attend on-site events and capture photos/videos for marketing purposes.
• Ensure events and roadshows adhere to the marketing plan and brand standards.
• Work with Retail Operations and Merchandising on store promotions, new product launches and marketing activities.
• Support new store openings, renovations, relaunches and mall marketing programmes.
• Coordinate marketing materials for retail outlets including posters, banners, POSM and digital content.
• Visit stores regularly to review campaign execution, collect content and support marketing activities.
• Ensure brand communication consistency across stores and digital platforms.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and campaign summaries.
• Monitor performance of social media, digital marketing, e‑commerce and campaigns.
• Track competitor marketing activities and market trends.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules and trackers.
• Support coordination between Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, CRM and other departments.
