Job summary

• Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin literacy is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Organize and support multiple projects/campaigns.
• Create engaging social media content and keep channels updated with brand messaging.
• Identify new social media avenues and audience connections.
• Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
• Respond to comments, feedback or inquiries across all social platforms.
• Produce dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
• Encourage audience interaction and increase presence on company sites and ecommerce pages.
• Analyze audience data and campaign performance across platforms.
• Collaborate to develop landing pages and online sales funnels to boost ecommerce.
