CompAsia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Petaling Jaya to support retail promotions, events, and VM across stores. You will coordinate POSM/GWP production and ensure timely execution with store teams and external partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail marketing or related fields, strong project coordination, and proficiency in MS Office. Occasional store visits and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, brand activation, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in retail promotions, events, POSM and/or visual merchandising.
• Experience in coordinating vendors, suppliers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination and execution skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• Comfortable working closely with retail stores and travelling to stores when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with basic design/ presentation tools would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and execution of retail promotions, activations, events, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of POSM and GWP across retail stores.
• Support visual merchandising implementation, including store displays, promotional visibility, and VM guidelines.
• Conduct store checks/audits and follow up on VM and promotional compliance.
• Coordinate with store teams to ensure marketing campaigns and promotional activities are executed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate marketing materials and campaign requirements.
• Maintain campaign calendars, execution trackers, and relevant marketing documentation.
• Support retail events, roadshows, product launches, and other customer-facing activities.
• Gather store feedback and execution reports to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Retail Development, and other cross-functional teams to support retail sales and brand visibility.
• Provide general project and administrative support to Angelina on retail strategy and marketing initiatives.
