CapitaLand Investment Limited seeks a dynamic marketer in Malaysia to support mall-wide marketing and communications programs, helping with strategy, promotions, digital content, and stakeholder coordination.

You will plan promotions, manage social media content, and produce visuals for mall events to ensure consistent brand messaging and an engaging shopper experience. This on-site role offers exposure to a diverse retail portfolio in Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Support the superior in overall marketing and communications programs.
• Lease out mall promotional spaces for revenues.
• Track industry developments and apply latest concepts to strengthen practices.
• Provide design support for mall-wide events and collateral.
• Upload approved contents to the mall website and social media; ensure layout is accessible and logical.
• Assist in visual presentation and stage setup per concept.
• Assist in dismantling displays after events.
• Provide photography and video for mall events.
• Plan and coordinate marketing promotions to boost shopper traffic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of events to enhance shopper traffic.
• Work with supervisors on budget; seek sponsorships from tenants.
• Post-event reviews and improvement recommendations.
