Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Malaysia offers a comprehensive 6-month training program rotating through cashiering, stock management and product knowledge to accelerate career growth. You will receive on-the-job training, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to essential store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Upon successful completion, you will be converted to permanent staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with incentives, performance-based increments, and company uniform

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in cashiering, stock management and product knowledge during rotations.
• Learn store management, supervision and essential admin skills.
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leadership.
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Comprehensive Job Rotations: Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, you will be converted to a Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
