Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) invites energetic graduates to join a structured 6-month training program across cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, leading toward a permanent role.

Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager with incentives, allowances, and ongoing mentoring as part of a fast-paced retail network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete 6-month training rotations in cashiering, stock management and product knowledge.
• Potential for conversion to Permanent Staff and promotion to Assistant Manager upon successful completion.
• Support store management with supervision and essential admin tasks.
• Work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
