Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Malaysia offers a structured 6-month training program covering cashiering, stock management and product knowledge. You will learn store operations, supervision and essential admin skills while receiving mentorship from senior leadership.

Upon successful completion, you will be converted to permanent staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with fast-track opportunities, incentives, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required or encouraged for fresh graduates.
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Job Rotations: Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
