Job summary

eco-shop is recruiting a Retail Management Trainee to start in Pasir Gudang. You will rotate through cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge while learning store operations and admin basics.

A structured on‑the‑job training program includes mentorship from senior leaders to accelerate your career development. Upon successful completion of six months, you may be converted to permanent staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with incentives, allowances, and uniform provided as part of

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
