ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) invites graduates to join a 6-month comprehensive trainee program across cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, plus store operations and admin exposure.

Successful trainees will be converted to Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager, with mentorship, incentives, and professional development to accelerate career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive rotations in cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge.
• Learn store management, supervision, and essential admin tasks.
• Engage in on-the-job training with mentorship from senior leadership.

Comprehensive Job Rotations: Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.

Operational Excellence: Learn the ins and outs of Store Management, Supervision, and Essential Admin skills.

On-the-Job Training: Real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mentorship: Receive professional guidance and coaching from senior leadership to accelerate your career development.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, you will be converted to a Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
