Job summary

Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a Product Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in product testing, billing operations, system migration, and UAT within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

You will support testing activities, manage test numbers, assist with UCRs, and contribute to the Billing System Migration project, while collaborating with the Product Development team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Product Development, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Attention to detail for testing and verification tasks.
• Collaborative mindset to support testing activities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify test numbers across staging and production environments.
• Raise monthly bill waivers for test numbers.
• Assist with UCR UAT and PPV activities.
• Run at least one UCR end-to-end test when applicable.
• Support UAT for Billing System Migration and end-to-end testing.
