Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a capable store supervisor to manage inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations. You will ensure cleanliness, operate equipment, and safeguard store assets while delivering courteous customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, plus strong leadership, communication skills, POS proficiency, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per procedures.
• Ensure safety and proper care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies appropriately and report to relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain KK Supermart's good image and reputation.
