TOMAZ SHOES SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing activities and drive brand growth across outlets and online channels.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage calendars, and coordinate campaigns with operations, e-commerce, and creative teams while overseeing budgets and analytics. The role requires strong leadership and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, social media and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for our retail outlets.
• Plan and manage monthly and annual marketing calendars, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions and special events.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, social media platforms, content planning and online campaigns.
• Work closely with the Retail Operations, Merchandising, E-Commerce and Creative teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage in-store marketing activities, point-of-sale materials, promotional displays and retail events.
• Coordinate with shopping malls, suppliers, agencies, influencers, media partners and other external parties.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are carried out within the approved budget.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sales results, customer engagement and return on investment.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
