Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners and conduct regular store visits to ensure products are prominently displayed and adequately stocked.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store managers regarding PO placement, stock issues, damaged goods, and payment collection.
• Deliver a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned customer experience and act as a positive brand ambassador in-store at all times.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by brand and/or product category within the assigned territory.
• Track daily sales performance and flag risks to target achievement early.
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements and current promotions.
• Monitor competitor pricing and activities and report findings to the management team.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all brands and products being sold, including key features, benefits, price points, positioning, and differentiation versus competitors.
• Familiarize and internalize monthly promotions, bundles, and campaign mechanics and clearly explain promotions to customers.
• Ensure products are prominently displayed and meet brand merchandising standards, maintain optimal stock levels, and conduct regular stock checks.
