Job summary

Rakanda is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the retail store manager by working the floor, assisting customers, and handling stock efficiently at our Melaka outlet.

This role requires physical fitness, stamina, teamwork, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. You will work shifts, weekends and public holidays, with benefits including EPF, Socso, EIS and medical claims.

Qualifications

• Min SPM
• Age 18-36
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu & English
• Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekend, and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
• Responsible to retail selling.
