Job summary

JD Sports Malaysia is seeking an energetic Floor Manager to lead day-to-day shop floor operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure brand standards, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail.
Strong people management and team leadership skills.
Commercial mindset with ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring JD Sports service standards are consistently executed.
Monitor shop floor operations, ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained at all times.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store team members.
Coach and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy to support smooth store operations.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive commercial opportunities and improve store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
