Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor shop floor operations, ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained at all times.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store team members.
• Coach and guide team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy to support smooth store operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive commercial opportunities and improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and retail operational systems.

Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience within sports, fashion, or lifestyle retail industries.

Exposure to KPI‑driven retail environments.

Experience in coaching and developing large retail teams.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively engage with customers, store teams, and business stakeholders.
