Job summary

Maxis in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Store Operations Leader to assist the HoMC in driving store performance and delivering excellent customer service. You will help manage daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with SOPs, while coaching the store team to maintain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/store operations.
• Ability to coach and supervise a team.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs and cash handling.
• Good communication in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HoMC in executing store plans to meet sales targets.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Coach, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Manage customer journey, store presentation, and issue resolution.
• Act as second-in-command and deputise for HoMC in their absence.
• Monitor and report store performance metrics.

Principal Accountabilities

• Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.


• Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs.


• Assist the HoMC in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.


• Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.


• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.


• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.
