Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur invites dynamic professionals to join our team and drive exceptional in-store performance. This role supports the Head of Management Control (HoMC) in achieving sales and service targets while ensuring smooth daily operations, strict SOP compliance, and outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach staff, monitor metrics, and stand in for leadership during absences to sustain momentum on critical goals.

Qualifications

• Assist the HoMC in executing plans to meet and exceed store sales and service targets.
• Support the management of daily store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with all SOPs.
• Assist the HoMC in coaching, motivating, and supervising the store team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Help ensure a smooth customer journey by managing traffic flow, store presentation, and resolving customer issues.
• Act as the second-in-command and deputise for the HoMC in their absence to ensure continuity of store management.
• Help monitor and report on store performance metrics to the HoMC.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HoMC in planning and executing store targets for sales and service.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory control, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Coach and motivate the store team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Manage customer flow and store presentation to ensure a positive journey.
• Serve as deputy to the HoMC when needed to maintain leadership continuity.
• Track and report store performance metrics to inform leadership decisions.
